Purpose:
Waste tire recycling system is used to shred waste tire into rubber powder.

Process Flow:
Waste tire--Ring cutter --Strips cutter--Rim cutter --Crushing machine--Finished products

Processing Method:
Physic mechanical crushing method at normal temperature of waste tire, no chemical raw material is required, no waste gas, waste water and soot are discharged, and the cooling water of the equipment is reused, no emission, equipment noise is within the range specified by the country(GB20055-2006), fineness of rubber powder produced by it is adjustable(10 to 30 meshes). The process is as follows: Breaking down, crushing, filtering, magnetic separating, grinding and then be finished.

Ring cutter:
It will separate the sidewall from the top of tire's connection, so that tire sidewall and the top are completely separated.

Strips cutter:
It will cut sidewall into wide of strips is 3-5 cm, and tire circle reserved.

Rim cutter:
It will cut the 3-5cm strips into 3.5cm tire block.

Steel wire separator
It will separate the steel and rubber from tire circle mouth parts.

Linear vibrating screen: It will classify the rubber powder for first time
Conveyor machine: Use to transport not up required size re-back to tire shredder machine
Magnetic system: It can classify thin steel from rubber powder
Powder screen: Second time to classify rubber powder

Tire shredder
It will cut 3.5cm block into 10-30 mesh size rubber powder.
Our machine can deal with 0.65-1.4m tires, and the whole line need 3-4 workers to operate.
The space requirement is at least 15m length *8m width *6m height.
The machine can make the powder into 10 -30 mesh.


We have three kinds of Model XKP400/450/560.
XKP400 150kg per hour
XKP450 300kg per hour
XKP560 500kg per hour
Some production process details:

1. This Tyre Recycling Machine including main machine and accessorial equipment, it is used for recycling scrap-tire (steel tyre and textile tyre), the final product is rubber powder or reclaimed rubber
2. The magnet separator and granulator grinder is optional.
3. The investment on this production line is small and the footprint is small. It is easy to operate, only need 5 workers.

4. Analysis for output

XKP400 rubber crusher:
Output: 5000-6500kg/24 hour for about 28 mesh granule.

XKP450 rubber crusher:
Output: 8000-9500kg/24 hour for about 28 mesh granule.

XKP560 rubber crusher:
Output: 11000-13500kg/24 hour for about 28 mesh granule.

5. You don`t need the Granulator Grinder if your final rubber powder is less than 30 mesh. But we need it if the powder bigger than 30 mesh and the number of this machine depend on the output.
